Capel Wolves VS Cornerstone Titans

The game began full of nerves and tension for both sides. Once the ball had been moved around for a few minutes the teams settled into play. Cornerstone’s ball skills and composure was rewarded with a few nice goals in the first half.

The second half began with good passes again but Cornerstone struggled to have the execution due to Capel’s strong defence and interception skills. Capel’s defence was under a lot of pressure as well , once the ball was pushed from the centreline, from Cornerstone’s attack and shots but were saved by the quick reflexes of the keeper.

By the end of the game Capel were finding more space and therefor were getting more passes through, giving them a lot more goal opportunities. They were successful at many crosses along the face of goals.

It was a great game played by both sides on a very hot winter’s morning!
